Refund policy
We try really hard to provide good photos and accurate descriptions of all of our clothing, but, in the unlikely event that you do have to return a purchase, our policy is aligned to the U.K.'s Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to make a return. You have a further 14 days to return your purchase to us.
If 14 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must arrive back to us in the same condition that you received it.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your country's border / customs department may deem that import charges, together with associated administration charges, are due. We have no control over this. If you choose not to pay these charges, your order will not automatically be returned to us and may eventually be disposed of. If so, we are not able to offer a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or to discuss any problems.
Once a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. (While we commit to doing this within 5 days, it can take longer for your payment provider to credit your account.).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not believe you have received a refund within that time, please check your bank account / payment provider statement. Then contact us (at shop@ikigaiproject.co.uk) and we will reconfirm that the payment has been made.
Next, contact your credit card company / payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be refunded at our discretion.
Shipping
To make a return, you should send your carefully packaged purchase to: Waterdell, Chequers Lane, Watford, WD25 0GR, United Kingdom.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure your purchase is safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
If you are making a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
